Frequently Asked Questions


1. What if I am missing my team photo or another part of my package?

Team photos are given out separately by your coach, please see your coach if you did not receive your team photo.

Some products are not included with your coach distributed photo package and will be shipped to your home. These items are: Mouse pads, iphone cases and ipad covers, and photo statues.

If you are missing something other than the above mentioned items, contact our customer service representatives at 518-792-6955 or email us at customer.service@bielmar.com, and we will locate your child's order and correct the problem as soon as possible.
Please have the following information ready:

-Name of your League
-Team and/or Sponsor Name
-Coach's Last Name
-Your Child's Name


2. What do I do if my package is incorrect or a photo is damaged?

Our customer service representatives will locate your child's order and correct the problem as soon as possible. Please call our Main office at 518-792-6955 or email us at customer.service@bielmar.com and have the following information ready:

-Name of your League
-Team and/or Sponsor Name
-Coach's Last Name
-Your Child's Name


3. How do I pay online for my child’s sports photo?

If you are paying BEFORE picture day, enter your Sports Club Code found on your order form in the ON OR BEFORE photo day login form to the right. Complete the order form and your payment information and your order will be delivered to your coach with the rest of the team's photos.

If you are paying AFTER picture day, enter the code “LATE ORDER” in the AFTER photo day login form to the right. Complete the order form and your payment information and your order will be shipped directly to your home.

If you have a high school sports proof or safe child passcode, please enter the code in the bottom box at right. Select your personal photo products from our online store and your purchases will be shipped directly to your home.


4. What do I do if I decide I do not like the background I chose?

If you are unhappy with the background you ordered, please return your photos to our office at: 18 Warren Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801.

Along with your photos, please enclose a note indicating the new background you would like for your photos and your mailing address.

There is a $10.00 fee. Please send a money order or a check made out to Sports Journal Photos with your returned photos. The new photos will be mailed to the address you provide.

5. How do I order additional photos?

There are two ways of ordering additional photos.

1. Enter the personalized passcode found on your child’s SAFE CHILD CARD in the AFTER photo day login form to the right. Complete the order form and your payment information and your order will be shipped directly to your home.

2. On the back of the order envelope your photos came in is a mail in order form. Please fill it out in full and send a money order or a check made out to Sports Journal Photos along with one copy of the photo you would like to reorder (your original photo will be returned to you along with your new photos). Your new order will be shipped directly to your home.


6. What if the information on my personalized product is incorrect?

Please email us at customer.service@bielmar.com detailing the problem
(ex: My child’s name should read “Jon” not “John”).

Please include the following information so a representative can locate your child’s order.

-League Name
-Team and/or Sponsor Name
-Coach's Last Name
-Child's Full Name

7. How long will it take to receive my photos?

You should receive your photos from your coach 3 to 4 weeks after picture day.


8. What do I do if I cannot get through to a representative on the telephone?

Please email us at customer.service@bielmar.com.


9. Can I order photos over the phone?

Our easy online ordering system is available 24 hours a day. To ensure the security of your information we are not able to take photo orders over the phone.
